Refund & Revision Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the bespoke nature of our services:

  • AI-powered idea capture session involves specialist time and expertise (non-refundable)
  • Custom document creation based on your information (non-refundable)
  • Digital delivery (documents cannot be "returned")
  • Exception: Cancellation before AI session (see section 4)

2. Why No Refunds?

Our service includes:

  • 60-minute AI-powered idea capture session with industry specialist
  • Custom framework and template creation
  • 30-minute follow-up delivery call
  • Up to 5 revision rounds

Once AI session occurs, we've invested significant time and expertise. Our satisfaction guarantee is through revisions, not refunds.

3. Revision Policy (Your Satisfaction Guarantee)

Up to 5 Revision Rounds Included:

  • Timeline: Within 7 days of delivery
  • Process: Email contact@idearocket.me with specific revision requests
  • Turnaround: 48 hours per revision

What's Covered:

  • Factual corrections or omissions
  • Adjustments to financial assumptions
  • Formatting improvements
  • Additional detail within original scope
  • Refinements to messaging or positioning

What's NOT Covered:

  • Complete business model changes
  • New products/services not discussed in AI session
  • Scope beyond original AI session
  • Requests after 7-day window
  • Additional AI sessions (would require new purchase)

4. Pre-AI Session Cancellation

Before AI session takes place:

  • Email contact@idearocket.me with "Cancellation Request"
  • Full refund minus £20 administrative fee
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days

After AI session begins: No refunds (revision policy applies)

5. Rescheduling

Free Rescheduling:

Late Cancellation:

  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund, must reschedule
  • No-show: Must reschedule (no refund)

6. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee:

  • ✓ Professional, error-free documentation
  • ✓ Deliverables match description
  • ✓ Timely delivery (48-72 hours)
  • ✓ Responsive revision support

We do NOT guarantee:

  • ✗ Business success or funding approval
  • ✗ Specific financial outcomes
  • ✗ That projections will be accurate

7. Disputes

If unsatisfied after 5 revisions:

  • Email contact@idearocket.me with detailed concerns
  • We'll schedule call to understand issues
  • We'll make good-faith effort to resolve
  • If unresolvable, see Terms & Conditions for dispute resolution

8. Consumer Rights (UK)

Distance Selling Regulations:

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have 14-day right to cancel.

However: By scheduling your AI session, you expressly request immediate service commencement and waive your cancellation right once AI session occurs.

  • Before AI session: 14-day right applies (refund minus admin fee)

9. Chargeback Policy

Unauthorised chargebacks (after service delivered) may result in:

  • Legal action to recover funds
  • Reporting to payment processors
  • Ban from future services
